4. How long does the promotion last?

6. What happens after I purchase a Promoted Collab?

Once you complete your purchase:

  1. Confirmation & Intake Form – You’ll receive a confirmation email along with an intake form to provide your campaign details.

  2. Campaign Optimization – We’ll review your submission and create an optimized campaign listing to maximize performance.

  3. Listing Goes Live – You’ll receive an email notification once your campaign is published on Collabs Hub.

  4. Visibility & Promotion – Your campaign will be listed under relevant niches/categories across Collabs Hub.

  5. Influencer Vetting & Reports – As influencer applications come in, we’ll review and vet them to ensure authenticity. You’ll receive a weekly report of qualified applicants.

7. Can I customize my promotion?
The promotion format is standardized to ensure the best results. However, if you have specific requests, feel free to contact our support team. 

8. Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?
A Promoted Collab is a monthly subscription that renews automatically.  You can cancel anytime by emailing support@collabshub.com.

9. How do I track the results of my Promoted Collab?
Vetted influencer and creator leads will be sent to your inbox automatically as they sign up. Be sure to check your spam and promotions folders! If you want further vetting you may request a deep insights and fake follower report by emailing support@collabshub.com. Once you email an influencer and confirm them for a collaboration, you can track metrics with a variety of online platforms like bit.ly, www.peaches.co, and others.  

10. What if I don’t get enough applications?
While a Promoted Collab significantly increases exposure, we can’t guarantee a specific number of applications. However, our platform is designed to attract quality influencers, and we encourage you to continuously optimize your collab offer for the best results.

11. Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
Due to the nature of the service, all Collabs are non-refundable. However, if you have concerns about your promotion, our team is happy to assist and provide recommendations.

12. How do I get started?
Simply purchase the Promoted Collab service on our website, and we’ll take care of the rest. Start attracting top-tier influencers today!  Once you sign up, you will get an email confirmation along with a link.  Use the link to enter your collaboration details. When the form is complete and submitted, you’re activated and will “go live” in the Collabs Hub marketplace within 2-3 business days, and will receive a confirmation email.
