Welcome to the CollabsHub Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate through Peachs.co, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1. To join the CollabsHub Affiliate Program, you must apply via Peachs.co and be approved.
1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
1.3. Affiliates must provide accurate and complete account information.

2. Commission Structure & Payments

2.1. Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link.
2.2. The commission rate, payout thresholds, and eligible products/services are specified in Peachs.co’s affiliate dashboard.
2.3. Commissions are tracked and paid out according to Peachs.co’s payment schedule.
2.4. Self-referrals or fraudulent activities (e.g., coupon misuse, fake sign-ups) will result in forfeited commissions and possible removal from the program.

3. Promotional Guidelines

3.1. Affiliates may promote CollabsHub using approved content, banners, and links provided by Peachs.co.
3.2. Affiliates must not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or violate any laws (including FTC guidelines for disclosures).
3.3. Paid search advertising on CollabsHub-branded keywords is prohibited unless explicitly approved.

4. Account Management & Termination

4.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time with written notice.
4.2. If terminated, pending commissions will be paid only if earned in compliance with these terms.
4.3. CollabsHub reserves the right to remove affiliates engaging in fraudulent, unethical, or non-compliant practices.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

5.1. CollabsHub is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or errors in tracking due to third-party systems.
5.2. We make no guarantees about earnings, traffic, or conversions.

6. Modifications to Terms

6.1. CollabsHub reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via Peachs.co or email.
6.2. Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes agreement to the new terms.
